Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?

We are not legally able to sell you alcohol. We are still, however, a FULL service bar catering company. We have amazing and valuable partners who we can work with to include alcohol in our packages.

CAN YOU HOST A CASH BAR?

Yes! Beverages can be paid for by guests, on a per drink basis. Some our our customers also provide a set number of “complimentary” drinks, and after that, guests pay on a per drink basis. Either option is available with us, however, there is a deposit with all cash bars.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are located in Carrollton, GA and service the Atlanta area. We also do business in Charlotte, NC, and Washington, DC and have a dedicated staff in each area for bartender needs.

Travel within the Metro Atlanta area is included in our base package pricing but we are open to traveling farther! If you'd like for Pour Up Atlanta to join you where your event is located, contact us so we can discuss the details.

CAN YOU SERVE NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, INCLUDING COFFEE/TEA?

Yes! We love cocktails but mocktails have been a HUGE client favorite! We also love coffee and tea and are able to provide these options as well. This is a great option for brunch events, baby showers and other similar events. Ask about our coffee packages when you book!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. The remaining payment is due 10 days before the event date.
